This package is designed for the client that wants assistance with sourcing furnishings, furniture placement and accents to create a perfectly curated space.
INCLUDES:
• 60 minute in-person consultation
• Full room floor plan
• Digital Design Board with shoppable links for one (1) space
• (2) revisions to fine-tune the design
• Access to the Modist Home Design Team for design advice and tips
• + FREE Style Guides to help maximize and execute your design goals. Guides include rug sizing, art sizing, etc.

• Digital Design Board with shoppable links for (2) spaces so client can purchase items
• (2) revisions to fine-tune the design
• Access to the Modist Home Design Team for design advice and tips
• +FREE Style Guides to help maximize and execute your design goals. Guides include rug sizing, art sizing, and more!

Full-Service Design
For the client requiring full assistance with Concept Development through Design Implementation and/or minimal to extensive structural renovations. This solution includes Hands-On Project Management with On-site Assembly, Installation, and Styling.
STYLE CONCEPTS
• Each room design concept will include a digital mood board and paint suggestion(s)
• Floor plans with furniture placement
• 3D Renderings
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, electricians, and other tradespeople
• Furniture/Decor Sourcing and Procurement;
research, order, and purchase all items
• Track, coordinate/receive deliveries to ensure timely arrival of products
• Manage any issues during procurement
DESIGN IMPLEMENTATION
• Assembly & On-Site Installation
• Styling and Finishing Touches; arrange furniture and accessories according to the design plan while reintegrating existing furniture.
